Daily Paintings by Peggy Thatch Sibley---- I try to do a daily painting each day but occasionally miss that goal. I paint in oil, acrylic and watercolor so my paintings will vary in medium. I paint small and large. I paint landscapes, doing plein air when the weather cooperates, stilllifes, florals, people and pets, and most any subject that inspires me that day.

Pomme Road in Winter
This is a small watercolor & gouache of a scene toward our lake cabin. Of course it is winterized now. The image is 4x7 and it is matted with white with a green and gold liner so the matted size is 10x13. It is priced at $50.00 including S&H.

MIssouri Winter II
Missouri Winter Lake of the Ozarks
This painting is not a new one and is owned by a friend of mine but this is what it looks like today in Missouri so I just wanted to share it with you who view my blog. It is watercolor, gouache and gesso loosely painted on rice paper which has been applied to illustration board with gesso. Real fun! Owners: Cathy & Norm Buechting

Tony's Bird Dog
This one is hot off the easel today. A friend of my husband's gave him a pup and in the deal I was to paint him a painting of one of his prize bird dogs. So here it is. We will mail it to him and surprise him with it. It is a 16x20 oil and will be a gift so is not for sale. Just hope he likes it.
