Fishin' In the Fog

Magnolia Blossoms II

Colorful Peppers

More vegetables from my son's garden last summer. I didn't paint much the past few days so am sending one I did a couple of months ago. This is a 6x6 oil, painted on a 1 1/2 ince deep wraparound canvas. It is $85.00, including S&H.

Magnolia Blossoms, matted

This is what the magnolia blossoms look like matted, although the matt did not photograph off white. It shows a little darker than it should have. Gives you an idea what it looks like though.

Bandstand in El Dorado Springs

This is a small acrylic painting of our local bandstand where we still have concerts three times a week during the summer months. I have painted this to donate to the church, along with some other paintings, for their silent auction and fish fry event. We have a beautiful park in our quaint little downtown. Again, a little lake scene. This is my view when I look down toward the main channel of the lake. Lake of the Ozarks Sunrise

This scene I do over and over with just different colors. It is one of my favorite places, the Lake of the Ozarks and this is the view I see when I am there. Cimmaron Canyon

This is a small oil I did from a photo that I took when painting in Cimmaron Canyon outside of Taos NM in 2003. That was such fun and such a gorgeous area. Back to my vegetable series. I did five of these small ones and the other larger one that I have already posted. I did these a little while back but am filling in with them when I don't get a new one ready. Again, these were from my son's garden. He keeps us supplied with garden goodies most all summer. MIssouri Stream

This is a small stream (or creek as we Missourians say). I photographed it at the beginning of fall. It is 6x8 oil and on a wraparound canvas so is a nice size to sit on a decorative easel or can be framed as it is 3/4" deep. It is $85.00 including S&H. I gave this to a newspaper reporter who wrote a very nice article about my art work in the paper in Stockton Mo (Cedar County Republican). I put it on a small silver easel as a "Thank You".

Pomme de Terre River

This is a lovely river near Hermitage Missoui. It is a wonderful river to float on although I have never gotten to do that. It is an 8x10 oil on masonite and it is framed. It is $175.00, including S&H.

Fishermen at Sunrise

This is another view of the beautiful lake area. I see so many different sunrises and so many fishermen out at dawn trying to catch their daily catch before the speedboats and skiers mess up the quiet waters. It is so peaceful and so tranquil. Red Sky at Night, Heron's Delight

I do so many pictures of the lake area because I love it so. I see the sunrises from my place and the moon rises. This is a small painting of the moon coming up under the watchful eye of the heron. Colors of Spring

River at Cottonwood Falls, KS

This was a plein air painting, painted on a NOAPS painting trip to Cottonwood Falls, KS, with my painting friends. Such fun!
