Lake at Frisco Co #2

I painted this one the same day at the lake in Frisco Colorado, except later in the day. We went sightseeing in the heat of the day and came back to this lovely spot to paint. There was a painting, or several paintings, each way one would look. I just had to put the sailboats in there. Don't you know they were having fun also! This little painting is a 7x12 oil on gessoed masonite. It has no frame yet but I can get one made. It is priced at $200.00 unframed.

I have been on a trip to Colorado with two of my plein air painting friends. We had such a great time. I painted this at the lake in Frisco where we stayed two nights and painted in the area.
